Red Deer, Alberta – CARSTAR Red Deer and CARSTAR Red Deer South recently made annual contributions, totalling $5,000, to the Red Deer Christmas Bureau and Red Deer Food Bank.
Since 2003, CARSTAR Red Deer and CARSTAR Red Deer South have raised $47,000 for the community organizations.
The Red Deer Christmas Bureau is a non-profit organization with over 60 years of history in the area and is specifically dedicated to helping children and families in need during the holiday season by providing a full Christmas meal and ensuring parents can give their children gifts.
Similarly, the Red Deer Food Bank supports individuals and families by providing access to nutritious food.
In response to CARSTAR Red Deer and CARSTAR Red Deer South’s contribution, Carson Westling, associate manager at CARSTAR Red Deer commented that “as a team, we are proud to contribute to organizations that make such a positive difference in our community. It’s heartwarming to know that our efforts help families enjoy a brighter holiday season.”
Additionally, Jordyn Hemstreet, senior body technician at CARSTAR Red Deer South commented that “giving back to the community has always been a priority for us at CARSTAR Red Deer and South. We’re honoured to support these incredible organizations that are making such a profound impact on families and individuals in our community.”
