Kornwestheim, Germany — SATA, a global leader in the field of liquid paint application equipment, is proud to announce that a joint agreement has been signed for Dan-Am Company to be acquired by SATA USA, a subsidiary of SATA GmbH & Co. KG in Kornwestheim, Germany.
In its press release, SATA noted that, after years of successful cooperation, this acquisition will represent a significant milestone in the company’s strategic growth initiatives to strengthen its presence in the whole North American market and expand its product portfolio. Dan-Am Company is the exclusive distributor of SATA equipment in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
