Toronto, Ontario — AkzoNobel has announced that Rochelle Schuette has been appointed as the Digital Transformation Manager for the company’s North America Vehicle Refinish business unit.
As noted in a recent media release, Schuette joined AkzoNobel in 2019 and has since made significant contributions to AkzoNobel’s digital offering, particularly as it pertains to the customer’s digital journey.
The press release further notes that Schuette’s primary focus to date has been Carbeat, AkzoNobel’s patented production workflow dashboard, by which customers report experiencing improved cycle times by an average of 12.4 percent.
In her expanded role, Schuette will continue to champion Carbeat and its user experience, as well as AkzoNobel’s digital colour management system, NIXIT. In addition to her existing responsibilities, Schuette will lead the rollout and ongoing support of AkzoNobel’s newest digital offering, Refinish+. This platform was developed to help bodyshops and collision repair centres improve business performance by streamlining processes and enhancing efficiencies.
