Notably, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST at CARSTAR Canada, 1460 Stone Church Road in Hamilton, Ont., Robert Jasper, senior national insurance account manager will present on the following topics:

- Vehicle drop off and scanning
- Estimate and disassembly
- Vehicle repair
- Vehicle refinishing
- Reassembly and calibrations
- Detail
- Quality assurance
- On-time delivery
Additionally, Bill Davidge, director of innovation and technology, who has been with CARSTAR for 17 years, will be providing insights on the technical aspects of the collision repair process.
