Kitchener, Ontario — In recognition and tribute to all those tow operators injured or lost their lives in the line of duty, the Professional Towing Association of Ontario (PTAO) is holding its second memorial scholarship procession on September 14, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., before the PTAO Tow Show opens for the day.
The procession will begin at Guelph line and will finish at the Bingemans Centre in Kitchener, Ontario.
Following the procession, a formal dedication will be made in addition to announcing scholarships meant to advance the training, education and professionalism in the towing industry.
The PTAO notes that procession space is limited to 100 tow trucks. Registration for the procession can be done by emailing info@ptao.org.
