Collision Repair Contributions: Crash It Golf Committee selects Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids as 2024 charity

Calgary, Alberta — The Crash It Golf Committee has announced that this year’s charity that the company will support at its annual golf tournament is Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids (BB4CK).

Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids is a non-profit organization that has worked for over 30 years to help provide food access to children in the Calgary area. The organization specifically provides thousands of school lunches to children in the city every school day.

Including over 600 volunteers in over 30 satellite kitchens across the city, Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids make sandwiches, pack fruit and veggies and provide baked goods.

According to a LinkedIn post from Emile Fremont, one of the organizers behind the annual Crash It golf tournament which raises money for charities such as the BB4CK, “Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids was Crash It’s first charity many years ago and we are excited to work with them again!”

This year’s Crash It golf tournament is set to take place on Thursday, August 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Blue Devil Golf Club.
