Toronto, Ontario — CrashBay and Good Driver Mutuality (GDM) have announced a partnership aimed at streamlining the vehicle repair process through shared software.
With this partnership, CrashBay’s platform will specifically provide GDM members with access to carefully vetted repair shops, as well as an online auto repair shop locator, payment solutions and a cloud-based claims portal, noted a recent press release.
The press release further noted that “while fill API integration is planned for a later stage, the initial phase of the partnership will deliver immediate value by providing a user-friendly, online booking system for repairs. As a result, GDM members can get quick and accurate estimates from shops and have repairs completed on time while reducing the administrative burden typically associated with vehicle damage claims.”
Additionally, “this new collaboration focuses on providing a better customer experience for car owners while allowing GDM to expand its service offerings and deliver added value to its community of responsible drivers.”
Good Driver Mutuality’s Director of Mutuality Operation, Dave Clark, noted, “the timing is excellent for our entrance into this very competitive market space. GDM is highly committed to providing our members with a strong network of collision repair shops across the U.S. that can deliver timely, high-quality, lifetime-guaranteed repairs. We are pleased to partner with CrashBay as we share a mutual commitment to providing top-tier customer experiences while leveraging technology to improve the entire repair life cycle.”
Similarly, CrashBay CEO John Harvey commented that, “we are incredibly excited to partner with Good Driver Mutuality, a company known for its forward-thinking and innovative approach. Their groundbreaking model for risk sharing struck a chord with us, as we’re on parallel paths to revolutionize and enhance business practices.
