Fix Network Technical Training – Western Canada

Technical Trainer for Western Canada, Jeff Francis has been deeply rooted in the collision repair industry for 20 years. He found his love for training through his 14 years of teaching collision repair and refinishing apprenticeships. After college, he first turned to managing a body shop for five years where he immersed himself in lean production methodology. A friend of Jeff’s then brought him into the manufacturing side of the industry for four years where he designed training materials, helped with product development and provided technical support for 3D measuring tools and anchoring systems. His love of the auto repair industry as a whole is evident, however, his passion is training, so when he had the opportunity to join forces with Fix Network’s family of automotive repair brands, it was an easy decision. Training technicians, supporting recruitment efforts and encouraging youth who are interested in the automotive repair industry are the heart of his work.

Fix Network Technical Training – Eastern Canada

A technical trainer for Eastern Canada, Francois has been passionate about the bodywork industry for over 20 years. Graduating from the Saint Jérôme vocational training center in 2000, he quickly proved himself in chassis straightening and measuring damaged structures, which brought him back to the vocational training center, but this time as a body shop teacher for over 5 years. He then went into business for ten years, perfecting his knowledge and skills in management, sales and strategic planning. He returned to his old love by accepting the position of trainer at Fix Network Canada, convinced that continuing education is an asset for today’s body repairer.
