Oakville, Ontario — One of the industry’s hottest holiday parties took place yesterday at Budds’ Collision Services in Oakville, Ontario, where hundreds of collision repair industry members donned their festive finest in support of the Sam Piercey foundation.
After officially launching in 2016, the Sam Piercey Foundation serves to support young apprentices in the collision repair industry. The foundation is in honour of the late Sam Piercey, co-owner of Budds’ and a long-time columnist for Collision Repair magazine.
“It’s an amazing feeling to see the industry come out to support us every year,” said J.R. Martino, general manager of Budds’ Collision.
Guests were treated to gourmet snacks and great company. In tradition, a bagpipe performance closed out the afternoon event.
