London, Ontario — CARSTAR wrapped its Ontario regional meetings this week in London, Ont., capping off the event with the renewal of 26 stores in the province.
This final regional meeting specifically saw franchise owners, operations leaders and strategic partners from across the south western Ontario region unite to discuss the year so far, future innovations and to spotlight the achievements of three locations.
According to a recent press release, “owned by Paul Van den Hoven, CARSTAR Elmira has been recognized for its excellence in all operational KPIs, consistently meeting and exceeding performance benchmarks. The leadership and commitment to continuous improvement makes CARSTAR Elmira not only a stunning location, but reinforces CARSTAR’s values of premier collision repair experience.”
Additionally, the press release continues by stating that “CARSTAR Kitchener King St., led by an outstanding team under Tim Schuster, is dedicated to customer service and this is demonstrated in the team’s remarkable Google review rating of 4.9 stars, with over 800 reviews. This record speaks to the team’s consistent quality and focus on customer care, setting a high standard within the CARSTAR network, sparking lots of internal discussions on the importance of customer service.”
Finally, “operated by the LC Group, CARSTAR Hamilton Lockwood has made impressive strides in improving its cycle time. By overhauling its DFR process, the team has increased efficiency and reduced repair turnaround, greatly enhancing the customer experience. This innovative approach to cycle time management is an example of CARSTAR’s commitment to process improvement and customer satisfaction.”
The meeting agenda also included an in-depth review of key performance indicators for operations and insurance, a comprehensive marketing performance overview and a look at CARSTAR’s future direction. True Claims led a session on how artificial intelligence is transforming estimating processes, while other sessions focused on managing customer challenges and developing educational learning plans.
Collin Welsh, zone director, CARSTAR Canada commented that “bringing our southwestern Ontario network together in London reinforces the strength of our CARSTAR community, as it brings incredible value to each owner. Our owners and teams are dedicated to providing the best experience for our customers, and meetings like this give us the opportunity to align our vision, share innovation and ensure each facility continues to thrive.”
