Unhappening the Unexpected: CARSTAR Canada launches new national campaign, ‘where accidents UNHAPPEN’

Toronto, Ontario — CARSTAR Canada has announced the launch of its new commercial media campaign, “where accidents UNHAPPEN.”

According to a recent press release, as CARSTAR Canada celebrates its 30th anniversary milestone this year, “this creative campaign calls back to its roots” as a trusted repair network to call on to make damage ‘unhappen.’

The press release further noted that “CARSTAR has a tremendous 30-year legacy. This tagline, created under Lisa Mercanti-Ladd, has had a lasting impression across the country, enduring generations and it’s something I’m thrilled to be revolutionizing,” said Melissa Kwiatkowski, vice president of collision marketing, Driven Brands.

“Our CARSTAR owners are deeply committed to serving their communities with the highest level of collision repair excellence and this refreshed campaign showcases their skills in a memorable way that resonates with our consumers,” Kwiatkowski further commented.

The radio commercial portion of the campaign is running in CARSTAR markets across the country and a TV commercial will also premiere on streaming channels during the 2024 Paris Olympics this summer. The campaign will also incorporate print, social media and digital advertising.
