Montreal, Quebec — Simplicity Car Care’s 2024 Growth Conference wrapped up yesterday with as much energy as it started with, celebrating award recipients, goals for the future and strategies to remain innovative in a shifting market.
The day once again began bright and early with a breakfast sponsored by CSI Hail Provider.
Talks included a discussion by Andrea Jacques, founder of Kyosei Consulting, who provided an interactive workshop session on the drivers of thriving in turbulent times. Here, Jacques further provided a keynote on leading in the age of integrity.
Following this, other discussions included a talk on strategic imperatives by Dom Prochilo, Chief Operations Officer at Simplicity Car Care; and a net zero and decarbonization update by Alyssa Marchese, ESG Manager at Simplicity Car Care.
Here, she specifically discussed how when it comes to environmental sustainability, “net zero is not just an environmental mission, but a direct path to profitability. Helping the Earth ultimately also helps our bottom line.”
Moreover, Marchese noted that “small changes made strategically can make big changes overall,” with sustainability specifically being the new business model that both should and will have to be embedded across the industry in the years to come.
The evening then turned even more celebratory as attendees came together to recognize this year’s award recipients:

To close out the event, guests then proceeded to Charleston the night away at a closing Roaring 20s-themed Gala.
