A Tractable Team-Up: Kirmac Collision and Autoglass partners with Tractable to digitally connect with customers

Vancouver, British Columbia — Kirmac Collision and Autoglass has announced that it is using Tractable’s artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline the vehicle repair process and digitally engage customers.

Along with its sister brand, Reborn Autobody, Kirmac Collision has been using Tractable for the last nine months to digitally engage customers by providing self-service visual damage quotes in minutes, according to a recent press release.

The press release continued that “by providing customers with instant quotes online, Kirmac has been able to reduce its effort to serve customers who are inquiring about repair costs. With Tractable, they can quickly assist customers who are unsure if they should file an insurance claim, letting Kirmac’s in-store teams focus on customers who have booked an appointment and are proceeding with repairs.”

“We’ve been able to make innovative changes regarding our process working with Tractable AI. It is playing an increasing role in our organization thanks to them,” said Sean McIntosh, president of Kirmac Collision. “We’re looking forward to building on this partnership even further.”

Finally, Venkat Sathyamurthy, CEO of Tractable concluded that “Kirmac is known across the industry for their superb repair quality and customer service. We couldn’t be happier to partner with such a customer-focused organization and are excited to help them build upon that reputation.
