Edmonton, Alberta — Simplicity Car Care hosted a successful Regional Training event in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, last week.
The event specifically aimed at empowering franchisees to enhance businesses, drive profitability and ensure adherence to standardized processes in their shops. In a statement regarding the recent training, Regional Performance Manager of Western Canada Joe DeGroot said the training intends to support Simplicity’s Alberta facilities to drive profitability and ensure processes are followed on the production floor.
“Simplicity provides this training on a quarterly basis,” he added.
Simplicity first began offering free training workshops in February 2019. Sessions vary–some are online and others are in-person–and focus on a wide breadth of industry topics.
The company regularly conducts quarterly training sessions nationwide. Led by DeGroot and Bryton Mushinski, the training sessions incorporate insights gathered from vendors, consultants and Simplicity’s internal teams to provide franchisees with actionable strategies for success.
